bloom ultra mini skirt

a single tier balloon panel skirt with lengthy tie up wrap-around ribbon straps. it is an ultra mini skirt meant to be worn mid-low rise. it is made from a stretch fabric. like everything else, it is double-lined with a zipper closure. it is available in sky grey (warm tone), ice grey (cool tone), satin black, and pink.
